"If you like to grossly overpay, be treated disrespectfully, and have poor work done, this is the place for you! We asked for preliminary test holes for a new septic system. Aaron charged us $1080 and only dug two holes. His "designer" Gary Cotter, charged an additional $ 1500 plus we paid for the NE TriCounty health and Stevens County permits separately. They improperly declared that we would need a pump system without even doing the test holes in the area appropriate to a much less expensive gravity system. We were not consulted or informed as they just started to dig and they quickly were asking us for checks - they were tired and wanted to leave. Fortunately, we realized that this was very poor workmanship and we told them we did not want to continue to use them for the work. Subsequent additional test holes done by someone more honest showed that we can do a gravity system, and for a great deal less money. Both refused a reasonable refund, returning only $320, appalling!!!!"

"6/26/25 We had been trying to unclog our pipes from the kitchen sink and bathtub (as we thought they ran with the same pipe, which it did) and just unable to do it. My husband sent a text last night and at 3:25pm today, Tryson was here. My husband explained what was going on and what we tried to do. He took a look at everything, explained what needed to be done and got right on it. It took about an hour and a half but, he got it done!! He even put the pipes under the sink back together for us. "I highly recommend Lukas for your excavation needs. I just finished building a house in North Spokane where I worked as my own general contractor. I didn?t have any knowledge or experience in excavation, sewer/water lines, digging in the street, or working with the city on the permit process. "I don?t know that I would trust these guys. I received a quote to replace my pump. Agreed to do everything they suggested. The day they did the work, everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the outcome wasn?t what I was hoping for - increased water production on a poor production well, but that?s not their fault. Here?s where you shouldn?t trust them. Right as the job was finished, a fourth guy showed up. He sorta fumbled around and did nothing, apparently he was their solar guy. When they were ?finished? two of the workers demanded payment, one of which was pretty rude about it. It felt odd considering the job wasn?t completed, they were supposed to come back the next day and install a bracket to support the water line. They left all my old well pump, pipe, and wires which is what I wanted. They took the pump controller that was less than a year old. Then I get the bill and it?s $600 more than I agreed to with no explanation, other than the fumbling solar guy said it took 4 guys. "

"He would have been my pick: I liked him, he appeared to be a really upstanding professional, and he gave me a low ball price. But I could not afford it and ended up having it done by SNAP. Based on him coming out so quickly and being so very professional and accomodating, I am glad to recommend him. (The plumber who SNAP told me the price Pace quoted me was a real bargain.) Note that he has changed his business name to Apex."

The first project was building a garage and breezeway and this project was doing a lot of the finish work such as trim and painting. The garage and breezeway looked so nice when they were done. All of the detail work matched the existing home so well they looked like they had been built at the same time. You would never know that the home and the garage were built 20 years apart! Sergey was very thorough and explained all the details involved to me. His crew was always there when they said they would be and always cleaned up thoroughly each day.
