- Jones SprinklersOne of the my sprinkler zones was plugged and therefore never turning off while the other zones were going as well which was not creating enough water pressure to allow the other zones to water the lawn. 1st- I called Alex midmorning and he said he would stop by to check on the problem sometime after 4:00 the same day. He arrived promptly at 4:00 and was able to figure out the problem, fixed the problem and then checked to make sure the system continued to work thereafter. He also replaced 2 heads that we notice work not working properly. I will be working with Alex again when I go to add on to my system

"We have been using Keith's Lawn and Landscape for around 3 years now. The first 2 years they did a good job other than almost stripping a young tree with the weed whacker. When I pointed this out to them, they said that particular guy was a new hire and quit the same day.
<br /> This 3rd and current year their quality has diminished drastically. I don't know if they have a new crew, but each week I'd be disappointed in the results. They'd blown 3 inches of grass into our picnic pavilion. They scalped the edge of the lawn that rounds down the side. Their mower blades either needed to be sharpened or leveled because the grass was always cut uneven. The side hill was very soft from too much rain and the mower dug up a big hole. I know it was because of the rain, but they either should have not mowed the hill that week or at least filled in the hole. In addition to the hole they did not bag the grass on the side hill which later resulted in the whole hill being covered with dry, brown, dead grass that looked horrible.
<br /> They also took out one of 4 plastic legs our heat exchanger rests on. Not sure how they were able to eat through that thick plastic.
<br /> I was more than willing to discuss our issues with them but when I called to cancel our service I just got an and quot;okayand quot;. I figured if they weren't even curious why they were losing a client, especially after 3 years then not worth my time to explain ourselves.

"It didnt. Since a busy time for these services, I specifically asked (co-owner?) if I decided to use them, could they get to me in next 1 1/2 week or so. "Oh yes, we'll get you in". I completed what they asked to get set up on their online portal, which included entering CC info ( was a bit leary about that), and once that was done, was told they'd call to set up appt. Didnt hear anything for over 1 day, so sent f/u message. Got reply they are booked up until mid May ( over 2 weeks out), and someone would contact me 24 hours prior to when they planned on coming out. Not acceptable based on my conversation prior. So cancelled. The other major issue is there was no option for me to remove my CC info on their portal, which greatly concerned me ( NEVER have seen a site that does not allow that). Had to contact office reception again to ask to remove that info, which they did, but that just seems like a bass ackward way to deal with things. I don't like to waste my time or others time, which is why I asked about time frames in first place. I understand companies want business, but being realistic re: abilities to get job done in timely manner is huge in my book. And not having ability to remove your own CC info is just plain wrong!
