"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. They worked hard all day, soft washed and treated our house and shop roofs, the house, shop, and out buildings; as well as pressure washed all the pavement. They have a 1 yr warranty on the moss removal, AND they cleaned the windows when they were done. Great guys! The military discount was a surprise bonus. Highly recommend!"

"Shannon was incredible! Our property was overrun with rambles n trees that needed to be removed so we could even begin to decide on the house site for excavation. He communicated promptly. I couldn't meet him out there, so he went to look at the property on his own and let us know if he could do the job and how much. He started and we stopped by to meet him and see the progress. He even sent photos so we could see the progress. Amazing! His fees are extremely reasonable. We will ask him to come back out and do the back portion of the property and the actual excavation for the build site when it's time. Can't recommend Superior Services Contracting enough. "
