"The installation was done very well. The crew took their time and made sure everything was done right. It looks excellent and meets the flooring int he adjoining rooms perfectly. The price was very good.
The initial communication was a little unusual. We communicated solely through Angie's List email even though I provided my personal phone number and email. It was just new for me to communicate that way. It worked out fine and everything was done to our satisfaction.

He and Pat were punctual, worked efficiently, were courteous, and showed a passion and attention to detail that I appreciated. Adrian suggested tile layouts that I hadn't considered and liked, and handled setbacks in stride, keeping the timeline: demolition was complicated by a hidden layer of vinyl flooring, and the toilet that I wanted to install was damaged during shipment. "One of our rentals had a broken kitchen granite countertop. I called Todd and he was very helpful and told me that they could possibly fix the crack (instead of replacing the entire countertop). Due to other circumstances (not caused by this company), we decided to replace the countertop. Todd worked with our budget and installed pre-fab granite countertops and did a great job! In addition to that, he was very informative and gave us tips/advice on caring for other stone countertops that we had in our personal residence."
