Adam's Floor Covering Installations

Adam was a life-saver for us! His team helped us replace 400sqft of carpeted area with high-quality vinyl plank flooring, including expertly adding plywood to make our floor perfectly level with the rest of the house. We started going down the road of trying to work with Home Depot, and realized far down that path that we couldn't get the quality of consultation and expertise that we needed for our new home. In our 11th hour, we called Adam who promptly came out the next day and personally gave us his expert advice on the job. His price was fair and absolutely in-line with competitors, but we instantly knew we could trust him and his crew to get the nuances that we needed completed. They were on time and on budget, and we're immensely satisfied with the quality of work they turned around. Could not recommend them any higher!

Adam was fantastic. He came out looked at the issues and quickly offered suggestions for the fix and quoted a very fair price. John the installer was diligent, professional and measured over and over again to make sure it was correct. Beautiful result. We would give him a higher rating if possible!

This went well. We purchased marmoleum to have installed in our kitchen and stair landing. We saw that Adam's Flooring was certified to install this type of unique flooring. It did take a little time to hear back orginally but all coordination with Adam after that was very timely. The price for installation was very fair and much less than my first estimate with someone else. Adam coordinated with the flooring company I purchased the flooring from and got it to us as soon as it came in. The team sent to do the work was personable and set to work. The floor looks great. I will hire them again if I decide to carpet or put new flooring in my basement.

The installation was done very well.  The crew took their time and made sure everything was done right.  It looks excellent and meets the flooring int he adjoining rooms perfectly.  The price was very good.
The initial communication was a little unusual.  We communicated solely through Angie's List email even though I provided my personal phone number and email.  It was just new for me to communicate that way.  It worked out fine and everything was done to our satisfaction.

We had a tricky situation with the install and he was very thoughtful about the advice on how to proceed. He gave me great advice on where to get the materials and actually came with me to the store to help me pick out the items to make sure I got the right stuff .That was WAY above the call of duty.
Also by the time the workers got to the job some of my laminate had been damaged by the drywaller. So Adams crew actually went to the store for me and picked up another box rather than delaying the install.
It looked SUPER.
We had a problem w/ the floor expanding and bowing up a little in the hot weather. It may have been my carpenter's fault for tacking down the flooring w/ the staircase. But I called Adam and the crew came out within a week and fixed it. That is AMAZING customer service.

Adam was personable, courteous, answered all of our questions and made good suggestions, showed up when he said he would and did all the work in one day as promised. There was no mess left or damage caused by the installation. One thing that impressed us in particular is that, although the material purchased was based on measurements of the exposedfloor area, Adam was able to cover the entire floor of the kitchen including the area under the base cabinets I had removed to make the subfloor replacement possible (I was replacing them anyway). The last remaining bit, under the once-and-future base cabinets and therefore outof sight, was covered by piecing together the remnants. When all was said and done, the material remaining was less than a square foot! Adam also corrected a problem I had created when I replaced the flooring in the dining room adjacent; the gap I left between the dining room floor and the kitchen subfloor was a little too wide for a T-molding. At no additional charge, Adam added trim scraps to narrow the opening before cutting and installing the marmoleum.

They did a great job of leveling the subflooring in an old house. I am very satisfied with the work.

Adam's crew did a quick and painless estimate first. We had coordinated via phone and Angie's List and it was all good. On the day of work, Adam's crew made quick work of stretching the lumpy carpet in our master bedroom suite. They were quick, professional, and on budget. Easy.

If you're looking for the best carpet installation in town, this is the guy.
He is not only a SUPER professional in his field and can do miracles with flooring, he is super personable and flexible.
We had a change of plans for our installation and he just listened and said, and quot;No problemand quot; and worked around what we needed. He is super easy going and accommodating.
Booking him was easy, prices are super reasonable, he always answers his phone, he had been installing carpets for 25 years and is very knowledgeable about all flooring.
He installed carpet in two of our bedrooms and it looks beautiful.
We can't say enough good things about him, he is very professional and just a super nice guy with a great sense of humor. He instantly makes you feel comfortable and you know you can trust him.
You won't regret hiring him or his crew. He only hires the best.

We hired Adam and his team to replace all of the carpets in our new home based upon their awesome reviews on Yelp. From start to finish, we couldn't help but be impressed by these guys. This is our first home and our first time replacing carpets, and Adam was always responsive to our calls and emails and willing to answer any questions. He referred us to CFM where we were able to get some great pricing on carpets and vinyl flooring thanks to his contractor discount. When it came time to buy padding, we gave him our CFM pricing info, and he was able to find slightly cheaper pricing elsewhere, so he purchased the cheaper padding on our behalf.
When it came time to do the work, he showed up on time with a team of about 5-6 people who immediately went to work tearing up the carpets. They completed the job over a period of 3 days (255 sq yds of carpet and 17 sq yds of vinyl - essentially our entire home) and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. In fact, the price was less than the estimate because far less Kilz was needed than expected.
Some other highlights:
- Adam called us the second day when he arrived at our home and found that there was a leak from the kitchen to the basement, caused by a valve behind our refrigerator. His guys pulled out the fridge and tightened the valve to fix the leak, and we avoided potentially significant damage.
- It was nice getting to know Adam and his team - great bunch of guys!
- They placed a couple of new carpet remnants in our garage to be used as mats. It's the little things :-)
When it came time to check out the finished product, we were thrilled with the work. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks guys!
