"Jimmie was quick to response and he  knows his stuff, was able to advise on some additional stuff and worked with all the issues he ran into with the previous installers. They were able to work around the issues and clean up the mess and provide us with alternatives to secure the house. We had couple of issues after they finished installation, but they were prompt to respond and acknowledge the issues.
