Quick to come out and take measurements of window to be replaced. Window was made and installed right on time. New window looks wonderful, and matches the other grid windows perfectly. Installation was very professional, and once job was done the area was left totally clean.

Patrick used process of elimination to determine that no major leaks were from pipes and drains in upstairs bathroom. He checked the grout and area where tub meets floor and found cracks in grout around tub and tile and holes in sealant between tub and floor.
