It was a complete remodel of 1450 square feet that included a full new kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, removal of a wood burning fireplace and installation of a gas fireplace in a different location, and generally reconfiguring the whole layout of the space. Highline came recommended to us from our architect. Trevor and his team worked hard to get an accurate plan for the whole project at the start, and once the project started they were able to to stick very close to that plan. We were lucky to not encounter any major issues when they tore into the walls and we finished almost exactly on time and on budget. We found them to be easy to work with throughout the project, when we knew exactly what we wanted they found a way to make it happen and when we weren't so sure how we wanted to handle a particular detail they helped come up with a solution that worked for us. They were easy to communicate with throughout the project and very responsive to any concerns we had along the way. We lived downstairs during the renovation, and every worker was respectful of us living downstairs during the process. Our finished home is beautiful and just what we wanted. We had a great experience using Highline Construction and highly recommend them for your project."
