"I purchased my house in 2018, which was originally designed and built by Johnson Custom Builders. When I decided to add to my outdoor living area, I called him again and he exceeded my expectations with his design ideas, planning and execution. Since then, Ryan and his team have designed and built several other projects for me, custom laundry room with floating dividing barn doors, a custom den cabinet/bar floor to vaulted ceiling with rolling ladder including several custom enhancements to support my hobbies and use of spaces, repairs, painting, and even landscape design. No matter what the project, Ryan is always my first call. Ryan’s attention to detail, communication, and ability to manage every aspect of the job are exceptional. He keeps you updated throughout the process, welcomes feedback, and is always respectful, punctual, and professional. His crew works neatly and cleans up daily, which I really appreciate. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is top-notch, from the design and engineering phase to the permitting phase, he has handled all the technical aspects of my projects—Ryan handles it all seamlessly. His subcontractors are equally skilled and reliable, and he keeps you informed of schedules or changes. Living alone, I especially appreciate his courtesy in texting or calling when someone is arriving. If you’re looking for a contractor who is dependable, communicative, and committed to delivering high-quality work on time, Ryan is the perfect choice. While you might find someone cheaper, I can confidently say Ryan’s work is worth every penny for peace of mind and exceptional results."

"My husband and I hired Emma to help us decorate our living/dining rooms and foyer - which was proving difficult as we both had very different styles and preferences. Emma was able to speak to each of us and pull in elements from us both to design a space that we both loved. She helped us set clear expectations - whether it was budget, must-haves vs. nice-to-haves, or order of importance (e.g., we had to settle on the couch first). The space now feels like both of us and we absolutely love it!"

"Emil helped us with an ADU remodeling project. The design and finishing exceeded our expectations. Truly well done job."

"Great customer service from BB Builders Pro! Their expertise in bathroom remodel was evident from start to finish. The team was super responsive to my inquiries and concerns. The end result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any home renovation project."

"Rachael is my go-to home interior designer. In the past ten years, she has turned two spec homes into nicely designed homes for us. She coordinated with the builders to work on the floor space and design. She helped us source home finishes, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. Additionally, Rachael completed the design work with a furniture package, artwork, accessories and decor. She stayed within our budget, was timely, communicated well, and, most importantly, worked with our personal preferences to ensure that our homes became our dream homes."

"Everyone at Renovate was excellent to work with, communicated well, and obviously cared about doing quality work according codes and rules. Our project had a couple surprises (asbestos!), and we ending up spending more than we thought, but the whole team made it a positive experience, and we would love to work with them again on the next phase of our basement!"

"We had Near Me Roofing Company re-shingle my 2 story house. The crew was professional , clean and on time. On our first day, it started to rain and they were happy to re-schedule to another day of the week. We were very satisfied with the finished product and would recommend them."

"Iconiq Construction Service renovated our bathroom beautifully. Their team was professional, detail-focused, and efficient. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with the stunning results. Highly recommended!"

"I highly recommend Revival! Josh has successfully completed remodel, residential and large commercial projects for us. They are easy to work with, very efficient with their time, and extremely knowledgable of the code. Every experience with them exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them for any type or scale of architecture work."

"We are so glad we chose Randy and Amber Rosell for our major home remodel. They were so great to work with and everything was done professionally and very high quality. They have great relationships with all of their subcontractors and everyone worked as a team. We redid the entire house, removing walls to create an open modern space and we added a second story on our garage. Amber helps with all of the design decisions and provides wonderful choices but also leaves it up to you if you know what you want. I love my new kitchen and our now modern and updated home! I highly recommend Rosell for any job large or small. Our hardwood floors turned out amazing, along with the entire home remodel."
