"Please watch out for your valuables that you think you have sealed in moving boxes. I lost several VERY EXPENSIVE watches during my move. They also quoted me 5-6 hours ($175/hr for 3 movers) after surveying IN PERSON my belongings and doubled the amount to $2,200 at the end of the move by stretching out the length of time of the move (standing around, picking up light small boxes 1 at a time, WHEN YOU'RE NOT LOOKING THEY UNSEAL YOUR BOXES TO STEAL STUFF THEN RESEAL IT BACK). They claimed not to take lunch so they could charge me for that time. The move started at 9:15am and stretched out to 8:15pm, no lunch break, and I was overbilled for 9am -8:30pm. Even when I insisted they stop and take a break to eat, they ignored me. At any given time, you could find 1 of 3 movers standing idle - so they could stretch the time to double the quote. Didn't bring harness to move bigger furniture, nor line the stairs to protect the carpet even after written email confirmation that they would. I emailed them 2 days before asking them to bring professional moving equipment, they didn't. They also left 1/5 of the stuff behind so I had to come back the next day, rent another U-Haul to finish the move. Be sure to watch how they pack the truck. Your furniture will be scratched up no doubt, because 2 of the 3 movers are not professional movers and don't speak English, and only 1 is experienced/speak English. Then you need to watch the experienced one, because he may steal your stuff. My boxes are all labeled and color-coded to make it easy for any mover, even a monkey could identify. Yet, these movers still put them in the wrong rooms to make unpack a pain - I made the effort to have the corresponding color labels in front of each room, at eye-level, and 2 Legend Maps are taped by the entrance for ease of identification (SO EVEN A NON-ENGLISH READER COULD STILL IDENTIFY) Yet, I had to keep watch at the entrance because they just wanted to leave them all in the garage, not putting them in the right room, and act dumb like they don't understand English. I pointed to the color-coded legend and they just laughed like "Uh.. you got me" Please see photos of LEGEND MAP and color/identifier coded labels. You can't win with this company."
