He said he thought it might have been a 'DIY' patch job that needed repair. I called and setup an appointment for an inspection, $110. I was concerned this might be a major project. Bob and crew arrived right on time and did the inspection. Bob told me the chimney was in great shape, has a steel flue used by the gas furnace and water heater. I asked Bob why he thought the inspector flagged it. He said, 'He's not a brick mason'. This is one of the most experienced, honest service contractors I has ever hired. Very highly recommended."
