They raked it pretty well and then I planted the seed on it, but they did not rake the seed into the ground. They could have covered the grass seed. There were some birds that ate the seed so I had to hire somebody to do the raking correctly. They should rake the soil over the seeds so the birds won't eat them.

Put in an easy to use watering system.
Came monthly and cleaned up our yard.

Mr. Efren Gabriel was very prompt in getting us an estimate, which was very reasonable and took into account our preferences. Although the project did take a bit longer to complete, we weren't in any hurry and preferred that they take their time doing it right. He and his associate Mr. Nicolas transformed our backyard from a sloping muddy mess into a space where our family can sit outside, have meals, play in the yard -- we absolutely enjoy it! They did some work that they did not charge us for. The paver patio is absolutely gorgeous and I cannot wait for my new furniture to arrive. They were very professional and easy to work with and even took time to chat with my very curious children. I can't wait for them to do the next project. Highly recommended landscapers!

Efran was so gracious throughout the process. He gave quotes of every thing that was done and stuck with the prices. He was always available when we had a question. He and his crew were such hard workers. They were so thankful when we provided water and donuts some days and lunch other days. Watching them create the waterfall was amazing. They were like artists. It is much more than we ever imagined could be done in our backyard. They really should have A+ for all categories. They also did several things at no charge for us.

We wanted a new lawn and drainage along a new patio we just had installed. Efren came out the same day we called, gave an estimate and began work the very next day. They removed the oldlawn and replaced with new sod and shaped our flower beds around it. Removed two trees and added a drainage swale around the outside perimeter of our patio. It all looks beautiful and all the workers were very professional and work was done in three days. We are more than pleased and hired them to do our weekly landscaping maintainence. Have already recommended these guys to friends.

I do not recall what we paid for the patio but for the lawn maintenance we pay $90 a month. There is nothing that I dislike about this company. They are reliable and my yard looks better than it ever has in my whole life.

They showed up when they said they were going to. They clearly laid out their plan and told me what they would be doing and what I would be getting for my money. They did exactly what they said and also did some extra things. They actually added one more zone that we hadn't agreed to, so that the sprinkler system would be more efficient but they didn't charge any extra for that. There were some bad areas that they reseeded. They cleaned up everything and as a matter of fact it looked better than it did before. I don't really have anything to compare their price with. I have to call them back right now about another job.

He does a very satisfactory job. My neighbors use him and they are very happy.
