I would definitely, without a doubt, call them again for any work we needed done.
With respect to the initial installation, Andgar's sales rep discussed the advantages and disadvantages of a heat pump system with us over the course of a couple of hours and satisfactorily answered all of our questions. The installation team arrived propmtly as scheduled, did the installation, throroughly tgested the system and explained its operation to us in detail.
Two or three days after the visit, I noticed one of the furnaces was not operating. When I called, I was told it would need to wait until the next day. Fortunately, I have a gas fireplace which heated the area anyway. I also explained that I had not heard about the scheduling for the next service on the gas pipe behind the stove yet. The next day, the serviceman arrived and left me a note apologizing for his failure to turn the furnace back on. Nothing was mentioned about replacing the filter. I guess I need to check that. Also, I have yet to hear about re-piping the gas line behind the stove. Since it will be quite an endeavor, I have now hired someone else. I need to have this done before Thanksgiving. I regret having purchased service from them for next year. Sorry.
