We had a strange size fireplace and these guys were the only ones to figure out one that would fit without having to cover up the stone fireplace. They came out and figured out exactly what would work and 3 weeks later they came out and installed it. Very professional and clean install.

Called and scheduled. Arrived on time. Went right to work. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sold me a part that was more than twice what it cost online but I wanted to get my fireplace fixed so I paid it. I did not open the part as I figured out it was not the problem. I took the part back with the receipt and the guy was rude, abusive, and refused to give me a refund! When he saw I was not going to leave until he did, he finally gave in. He treated me like garbage, and I will NEVER go back there again. Customer service, prices, and RUDEmeter off the charts in the WORST EVER department.

We called Innovations to help us with an existing gas fireplace that was sending exhaust fumes into our living room. First, a technician came out to check the fireplace interior. He improved upon a cleaning that we had done about 6 months ago by a different company. He determined that there might be a problem with the vent pipes in the chimney. This technician was, prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and thorough. At his suggestion, we had two more technicians from Innovations who do the exterior work come and inspect the chimney by going up on the roof and looking down. They found a crushed vent pipe which was resticting the air flow, went back to the shop and returned and replaced the pipe. They also were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Their work greatly improved the problem. All in all, we are very pleased with Innovations, in terms of their people, promptness, responsiveness, expertise and price. Their price for all this service which included two house calls, cleaning and inspecting the fireplace, inspecting the chimney and getting and replacing the vent pipe, was very reasonable.

These guys showed up on time, laid plastic tarps over our carpeting to protect from soiling, had everything they needed to do the job, and worked without interruption until they were finished. They cleaned up every speck of dirt, carted away all the debris from my old fireplace, and were polite and courteous while they did it. I couldn't be more pleased with the sevice I received.

I walked into their store needing a fireplace to be ordered by the next day. I had a budget of $3000 (which they met then i upgraded to the 42-inch model), including install. Tom greeted me immediately, took down all my information - what I was looking for style-wise, price, and time. They were about to close (I arrived after 5), so he assured me he would call me the next day with some solutions. The next day Tom called with the perfect wood-burning insert - under budget, and available to get to the job-site in time. Innovations came out and did a great job on the install, helping us make our deadlines and getting me the fireplace I wanted in my new home. It was refreshing to deal with a company that was willing to go the extra mile for their customer - doing the legwork I didn't have time to do, and providing a truly satisfying and professional experience for their customers. I had dealt with another local supplier who offered no assistance to me in my search for a suitable fireplace, and wasn't apparently too interested in earning my business. Tom and the people at Innovations have earned my gratitude and patronage for showing a dedication to helping their customers as well as the knowledge and skill to come through for them.
