My home inspection report flagged the chimney as 'needs attention.' This item was the last on my 'bucket list' since moving in two years ago. He said he thought it might have been a 'DIY' patch job that needed repair. I called and setup an appointment for an inspection, $110. I was concerned this might be a major project. Bob and crew arrived right on time and did the inspection. Bob told me the chimney was in great shape, has a steel flue used by the gas furnace and water heater. I asked Bob why he thought the inspector flagged it. He said, 'He's not a brick mason'. This is one of the most experienced, honest service contractors I has ever hired. Very highly recommended.
