Lake Washington Construction, Is a premium general contractor than specializes in remodels and additions but also has the capability and resources to build a custom home or garage. We also enjoy small jobs like, siding, decks, doors and windows, weather damage and just about any home related project. We do most Jobs in house with our w2 employees. the only subcontractors we use are on the larger jobs where the city requires a specialty license.

"Denis was very responsive to communication regarding the job of repairing dry rot in structure supports. The job was done quickly, on schedule, and the area they repaired looks great even though they had to take off siding and remove an exterior door to get to the repair. I would definitely hire them again!"
