Denis was very responsive to communication regarding the job of repairing dry rot in structure supports. The job was done quickly, on schedule, and the area they repaired looks great even though they had to take off siding and remove an exterior door to get to the repair. I would definitely hire them again!

I had water damage from my roof in my kitchen. I needed framing , sheetrock ,tape & texture done and fast my kitchen was in a mess and unusable. I was given a very reasonable estimate and hired LWC to do the work I even added some extra work and it was done with no problem. I was very happy with the work them did and I have my kitchen back. Denis was very calm and patient in a long process beginning with a story of two neighbors. He remained neutral, not pressuring me to act, not withdrawing from the conversation if it took me a day or two to get a response to him. And once my neighbor and I finally agreed on the scope of work to have done, they got it done the same week. My neighbor, whose house they repaired, said they did an excellent job, so I have to say I'm glad to pay them for fixing something I broke. Thanks guys!

I needed 3 doors hung and trim put in for our new second story addition. I tried to use referrals and even Craigslist because I "thought" how hard can it be to finish the millwork and hang a few doors. The workmanship was so poor I let both contractors go after one day. Lake Washington Construction were timely, professional and their workmanship is excelllent. I can't wait to use them for 3 more projects!

Denis did an on-site estimate for repairs that were obvious initially and for replacing and repainting siding . It turned out that there was rot from water damage and moisture ants under the siding, framing, sheathing and trim at a corner at the back of the house. They estimated additional costs and worked nonstop for several days in the rain, removed all the damaged wood, did the priming and painting of new siding in the garage and installed it soon after the weather cleared. They had to take part of the deck apart to replace the siding and re-assembled it after the new siding was installed. They installed flashing and trim to prevent future problems, filled bird hole on board near chimney and patched and repainted some of the original siding and fascia at ends of the gutter where needed. I was very impressed with Denis's follow ups to inspect the work in progress and at the end of the project, and with the quality of the workmanship and the reasonable cost for the job. I would definitely hire this company again.

start date was messed up, he call me about the scheduled date and we got it straighten out, the work went on time after that and I am very happy with the outcome. If I need more work done I would call him again.

Hired Denis to do extensive repair of water damaged framing, siding, and roof top decking. There were a few surprises along the way but all was handled professionally. I am pleased with the results and am likely to hire this company for another project in the near future. Definitely recommended.
