They had great service. They knew what they were talking about. They had reasonable prices. They explained things to me about the car. He  had good customer service. He was really nice. I would give A for all of them.

We purchased a used 1988 BMW that needed a lot of work.  I was pleasantly surprised when the transmission portion of the repair ended up being less than they quoted me, how often does that happen?  They were courteous and professional all the way through and I couldn't be happier.

This is the second time I've used Krause -- both times have been for scheduled maintenance now that my car is no longer covered by the BMW maintenance.
I called a few days in advance to get on their calendar, no issue with drop-off, car was ready before their estimated delivery time.  Biggest challenge is finding the buidling, they are a bit hiddent.
Very friendly people, good service, fair pricing (relative to BMW). 
I will use them again next time I need service.

Hard to rate price and quality since I did not get another estimate so I cannot honestly rate it. As for the quality of my repair, quality seems good but only time will tell. However they do warranty their work for 24 months. They were very friendly and I would gladly do business with them again.

They are very honest. They have competitive pricing and are trustworthy. I feel like my car is in good hands. The staff is great and they are quick.

After noticing a leak that I suspected was possibly coming from the transfer case, I asked for a diagnosis while I had my car in for it's routine maintenance.  Unfortunately, though I crossed my fingers AND toes, it did turn out to be the transfer case actuator, which is a known problem and a very expensive part.  I swear that Lance was actually pale when he had to tell me what it was going to cost.  He shopped around for the best price he could get on the part, and didn't laugh at me when I sent him some extra info that I'd found in the Lexus owner's forums about the issue.  As usual, the work was done more quickly than they had quoted  and they kept me in the loop the whole time. 

I've been coming to Krause's for two years since moving here from California.  Having caught a dealer trying to scam me on repairs once, I always do my homework and Krause had awesome reviews, so I gave them a shot.  I have never been disappointed.  Their repairs are always much less expensive than a dealer would cost and they always try to find the best prices on parts.  Dean and Lance are the front office guys, and they go out of their way to give good customer service and have given me great recommendations for other auto related services they don't provide.  The owner, Robert, is the same way, although I've only dealt with him a couple of times. They don't offer the frills the dealers do, but I will trade great service at reasonable prices for a car wash and valet service any day!  They 've even chauffeured me between home and shop more than once, and taken me into the shop to show me what's happening with my car.  I have recommended them more than once to friends and will continue to do so.

Oil and Filter Change, in cabin microfilter change.  I have gone to Krause's Automotive for the past 6 years.  They are specialists in BMW, Mercedes, VW and Audi.  They are reasonable, honest, courteous, etc.

no problems.  Had an oil leak, they found it and fixed it.
