I explained this to John and he was so nice and made me feel comfortable enough to come over. His prices were very decent , especially considering the amount of stuff that him and his team hauled off. They made sure to get every last little scrap of trash picked up and left no mess behind. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks again John!"

"He pruned six camellia trees he did not clean up some of the mess. While pruning a Laurel he walked all over the flowers around it then while raking up he managed to uproot a newly planted vine and added it to the refuse. I had to take all the flowers out of the flower bed myself. They also forgot to plant one of the requested flower beds into grass. That was bad enough but his grass still is not growing. Everything I planted the next week is growing! The old rubber and plastic borders that I REALLY needed hauled to the dump never left as he was in a hurry to leave and saw he would return the next weekend to take away. NOT! Being a trusting person I did not check his work before I paid him. As I felt his charge was exorbitant for three hours of work I paid it thinking he was going to return to finish the job. Now I know it is too much"

Then I recalled how he and his team previously did an excellent job relocating my wood rear fence several years ago, and years later they redid some of my front yard’s lot-line. To be specific – RT Total Lawn Care’s pricing was competitive (not necessarily the cheapest nor the highest), very responsive (scheduled and showed up next day to provide me with a written estimate), started work on-time one day later, his team worked the weekend too (I needed to get the job done before a specific date), they didn’t simply put new Trex decking onto any discovered structural issues – but they corrected them and reinforced them.
