Greg and his crew did a great job of replacing my old, broken driveway. He was also very flexible about timing, which I really appreciated.

Greg communicates with homeowner throughout the project. The pour was delayed due to weather, but turned out great!

Greg and his team followed through on everything they said they would do. He would answer his phone most every time I would. He would promptly reply to my text messages shortly after sending. Overall communication was excellent. Gregâ s broad knowledge of his craft ensured that the finished product was well above satisfactory.

The owner is super nice, worked on Saturday to get started and beat the weather. He abused his equipment to get roots and rocks dug out for a better finished product. I am very happy with the results.

Greg & his sons removed a broken section of concrete, and replaced it. They are very efficient, hard workers.

Greg and his sons did a great job to build our concrete sidewalk. He listened to what we wanted and built it to match our existing patio and driveway concrete. Greg suggested a concrete ramp instead of steps so we went with that idea and it looks great!

Took well over a month to complete the job that should have been finished in a week. Constant lies, excuses, no-shows. Greg blames everybody but himself. Kept trying to put the blame on the county over permits, but what he did not know is that I was also in contact with the county checking upon him. The county had no issues with the permits, he just took forever and lied about it. There was no professionalism from him or his sons helping him. The quality of work was also terrible, resulting in multiple cracks and the driveway approach just crumbling. I gave Greg the chance to come out and make this right to fix his poor quality work. But he never did. So, now less than two years after a new driveway, sidewalks, approach, I will be paying someone else to do it right.

I have lived in the Mt Vista area for over 25 years. I recently contracted a guy to replace my driveway. He was not licensed or bonded. He did not abide by the written contract and I could see he was far from capable of doing the job. I had no choice but to fire him. Then I contacted no less than 8 concrete contractors, but only two showed up and gave me an estimate. One was way overpriced and the other was by Greg Armstrong. I decided to go with Greg and it was well worthwhile. Armstrong is a family owned business and Greg is hands on owner. He completed the job in a timely manner and his price was very good. It looks SUPER. I have been a Realtor for over 15 years and have seen a lot of concrete driveway construction. Believe me, Greg knows exactly what he is doing and does a great job. Otherwise, I wouldnâ t be recommending him. Greg IS licensed and bonded. I recommended him to a neighbor who had hired the same person I hired first. He is now having his driveway redone by Greg. DO NOT hire a contractor that is NOT licensed and bonded. You will be opening up yourself up to liability. Make sure the delivered concrete is paid for. If not the concrete delivery company will lien your home! This has happened... Give Greg a call, it doesnâ t hurt to get an estimate.

We truly loved their work and will be using them again for a future project.

Armstrong Concrete was hired to pour a retaining wall along with an RV parking area 11â 2 x 70â , Signed contract before Christmas 2019, finally poured The retaining wall Jan, the first payment of 40% issued. Couple days later he called, oh I forgot to tell you I had a blowout on the wall, we did see it because he hid it with his warming blankets, do not worry I will make it *perfect*. You wi be amazed. I never was! I told him we would be out of town 3-5 weeks end of January into February, gives you plenty of time to finish the job, nothing was done, we did not get back until late February, upon our return, nothing had been done, no RV pad, the wall still looks like crud, I called him repeatedly over the next 10 days to two weeks, my last email was simple if youâ re not here by Monday 6th, I would hire someone to finish the job, he finally got back to me stating governor Inslee put a no work in place, then he said I quit you can keep final payment.ð ¤¬ð ¡ I wish I could attach pictures, his forms looked like a 5-year-old was building a fort, I have multiple cracks everywhere. Going to be interesting to see what he says, best at telling lies. DO NOT USE GREG

I hired Armstrong to pour a new driveway, patio, and sidewalk. The project took 3 times longer than originally estimated, and the communication throughout many delays was poor. Furthermore, the work was sloppy; including broking siding boards, splattering concrete on siding, and leaving concrete, nails, and debris in the yard. Overall, I would not recommend Armstrong Concrete.

They did great work and were on time and did what they said they would do.

They are straight forward and old school. They did everything I asked with certainty and craftsmanship

Wonderful job! I had read all the reviews and wanted to make sure neither of us stumbled into disagreements. We agreed to a reasonable timeline anticipating for a “worst case” scenario and that if the job was not completed by that date, the last payment of 25% was NOT required. We agreed to follow the work requests made PRIOR to the first day of work. We agreed that he would be paid by check not credit. ARMSTRONG CONCRETE HONORED OUR CONTRACT and their work was high quality!
