There was no pre-existing roadway, so Eric did all the excavation, as well as installing a large culvert for proper drainage. He also excavated and installed a gravel pad for a cabin. What I respect about his work ethic is not only that he's an incredibly hard worker who takes pride in what he does, but that he's always 3 steps ahead.
