"Zeb Snow's company, Snowscapes, has done extensive work on our home in Colchester, VT. He and his team did an amazing job completely remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. The house was truly transformed after Zeb and his team were done. Zeb provided an accurate quote and exact timeframe for the project which was so helpful! This was our first home renovation project so we appreciated Zeb's insight and professional expertise. Yes, you should always change your locks after buying a house. Do so as soon as possible after you move in. If part of the key is protruding out of the lock, you can use a pair of needle-nosed pliers or tweezers to gently turn the key in the lock to open the door. If the key is fully inserted into the lock, you may also be able to use a key extractor to help turn the key into the unlocked position.

Proper door lock maintenance includes keeping the locking mechanism clean and clear of dirt, dust, and grime buildup, lubricating the lock annually, inspecting and tightening the lock regularly, and treating the door with care.
