"Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

"Zeb Snow's company, Snowscapes, has done extensive work on our home in Colchester, VT. He and his team did an amazing job completely remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. "I did not have the same good experience as other reviewers. Abraham Miller of Green Age installed my solid hardwood floor and within a few months the floor started separating. Some boards started moving back and forth and huge gaps appeared between the boards. Gaps wider than the width of a quarter. You could actually see the nails or lack of nails in the boards. During the install he seemed very concerned about his time and getting the job done as fast as he could which resulted in lack of care for the quality of his work and it’s outcome. He did not follow manufacturer’s installation recommendations or industry standards. The nails were too short and nail spacing on some boards were 15” to 33” apart and some boards had no nails in them at all. He used less than half the number of recommended nails in just about every board we pulled. When contacted about the problems, he just didn’t respond. He didn’t honor his contract warranty on his work, was very unprofessional and didn’t take responsibility for the issues he caused, placing blame everywhere else. Finally, after being contacted by a lawyer, he agreed to fix the floor and gave his word that he would, but never showed each time the work was scheduled and never bothered to call. He was given many chances to resolve the issues. He was finally sued and on Nov. 15, 2018 we were awarded a judgment against him for the cost of a new floor. I would not recommend any dealings with a person of this integrity."
