"I hired Shamrock Chimney to clean and inspect my chimney for the sale of my home 4 weeks in advance of the deadline. I let them know numerous times that I had a deadline to provide the report. They rescheduled 4 times, one of the times telling me they were on their way and then following up with a text saying they gave the appointment to another customer. I let them know I would pay an extra fee if it meant they could keep the appointment, noting that I was under contract to provide this report. I reminded them of this each time they called to cancel, and was laughed at once and told it was "not their problem that it was heating season." After the final cancelation, I let them know I would now miss my deadline for my house contract and they again said that was not their fault and that an appointment is not a guarantee - regardless of circumstance. I was in tears and as a business owner cannot fathom treating customers with such disregard and disrespect."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Scheduling an appointment was a very frustrating endeavor. First, I tried to schedule using their online appointment request form, but never heard back. A week later, I called (and like every other time I called) had to leave a voicemail message asking for a call back that day or I would be taking my business everywhere. I got a call back about an hour later from an annoyed woman who complained that she was too overworked and that's why nobody was getting back to me. I was then able to schedule an appointment for about 7 weeks out to have my pellet stove cleaned. The day prior to the cleaning a work conflict came up and there was a chance I needed to reschedule the appointment. I called and left a voicemail explaining that I needed to know how long the appointment would take and that if it took longer than 1.5 hours I would need to reschedule. I received no call back. I called the next day (the day of the appointment) first thing in the morning, and had to leave another message stating the same thing. I STILL never received a call back. The stove technician (Noah) called to let us know he was on his way that afternoon and was able to finish the cleaning on time. The stove was cleaned adequately and he was both pleasant and respectful. Bottom line: Good luck scheduling an appointment or communicating with this business on your own time table - there is just no way to get in touch with anyone until they choose to call you back. That being said, one they arrived they were able to do the job adequately without further issue."

"Your home is not safe with this company. We had service done on 11/12/2025. I noticed that night that medical marijuana was missing from my bedroom. I am a cancer patient. I didn't notice anything else missing and didn't want to put someone's job in jeopardy in this economy. Today, I noticed that $150 was missing from my wallet. I didn't think to check my wallet when I noticed the missing marijuana because it was right by the front door. Who would steal that audaciously? I called the company to report what had happened. I was told they had "received my email a while ago about the medical marijuana and had been passing it around". I never sent them an email, and neither did my husband. Someone else had also been robbed in a similar way. I was transferred to the owner, Joe, who offered to reimburse me $100 "out of his own pocket" if I wanted to come to his office to get it. That offer was rescinded when I expressed my dissatisfaction with it. Nothing is being done. Protect your family."

"It was fantastic. They responded to my emails promptly. They came when they were scheduled. And the quality of their work was superb. Everything was spotless - not an ash anywhere, not one dirty footprint to be found. They moved stuff that was in the way and placed it NEATLY out of the way. The pellet stoves were immaculate. I can't see inside my chimneys, but from the looks of everything else, I'm 100% confident that they did an excellent job in there too. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!"
