Dust to Shine has cleaned my house every second week for past two years. They are fast, thorough, responsible and very professional.  It takes two of their cleaners about one to one and a half hours to clean my house (about 5000 square feet) including bathrooms.  I have a lot of fragile furnishings which they are careful not to damage.   They bring their own cleaning equipment and they are completely trustworthy.  They are the best cleaners I have ever employed.

It went great!  As always.  We have been using Dust to Shine for regular cleaning for over half a year now and the service is always great.  All the staff are very professional and do good work.  And they are also friendly and cheerful and good people.  I think the owner does a good job of hiring and training, both for work performed and for attitude.  Highly recommended.

Dust2Shine cleans my house bi-weekly.   The house is a large (4800 sq. ft) old (18th century) colonial with beautiful wide plank floors and lots of fragile furnishings.  Dust2shine employs highly capable local young women who come in to clean the kitchen, bathrooms and  floors throughout the house. They use backpack vacuum cleaners and bring all of their own cleaning supplies.  In two hours or less, they manage to efficiently and thoroughly clean the entire house without damaging or rearranging anything.  They are completely trustworthy and reliable. I often leave while they are cleaning to get out of their way.  Dust2Shine has insurance should anything accidentally be broken.  Dust2shine charges me $25/hour per person.  Best cleaning service that I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Wonderful job cleaning my home!!! An excellent team of very professional, appropriate, meticulous young women scoured my house from top to bottom in a flurry of efficiency in a matter of a few hours. I was extremely impressed and pleased!! I would like to hire them on a regular basis. However, it was extreme difficult to get in touch with anyone at the company. I initially tried via the website twice with a couple of weeks in between attempts, and never got a response from that outreach. I had to leave several voicemails to get a call back regarding scheduling after initial contact was finally made. I emailed last week after receiving my invoice and submitting payment, expressing my pleasure, gratitude, and desire to hire them regularly, and have not heard back via direct email either. That part of the experience has been extremely frustrating.

I was quite pleased with the overall approach of having a thorough initial cleaning followed by periodic, routine cleanings. The scheduling was flexible and responsive and the quality of the work was high.
I also like the fact that Donna will meet special needs like the care of my dining room chairs and the cleaning of my upholstered furniture.
One thing I was uncertain about was how it would be to have a team do the cleaning. Donna did a great job of allocating the work and managing the team and training them to do my home in the future. I thought that the team was managed well and that having 3 or 4 people doing the work made it go much more quickly.

come to do windows, upholstery, and a "deep clean" from time to time and
they are always very accommodating with the scheduling.  The ladies who
work for Dust to Shine are very personable and communication is good.  I
know there is one reviewer on here who gave them an "F", but I find it
hard to believe that everything they have said is accurate.
