They were prompt in responding to me, prompt in getting the work done, and communicative along the way. For whatever reason, I had trouble finding honest people to do my chimney work at a fair price but the experience with Shamrock was easy overall. They were also the cheapest quote for the work provided. I have a bit more work to do on my chimney (we have been getting smoke back into the living room from the fireplace) and I’ll hire Shamrock for that work as well.
