They did this all in the first service at my home. They removed and replaced professionally my unsafe liners immediately after informing me that the liners were unsafe. That is what I call excellent service. I didn’t have to try to sleep one single night knowing my heating liners were unsafe. I look very forward to the professional maintenance that McBrien’s Fire and Flue will provide me in heating my home safely. "I hired Shamrock Chimney to clean and inspect my chimney for the sale of my home 4 weeks in advance of the deadline. I let them know numerous times that I had a deadline to provide the report. They rescheduled 4 times, one of the times telling me they were on their way and then following up with a text saying they gave the appointment to another customer. I let them know I would pay an extra fee if it meant they could keep the appointment, noting that I was under contract to provide this report. I reminded them of this each time they called to cancel, and was laughed at once and told it was "not their problem that it was heating season." After the final cancelation, I let them know I would now miss my deadline for my house contract and they again said that was not their fault and that an appointment is not a guarantee - regardless of circumstance. I was in tears and as a business owner cannot fathom treating customers with such disregard and disrespect."

Therefore, the problem is not about killing moss permanently, but ensuring effective prevention of moss regrowth.

While it’s not completely necessary for them to operate properly, as the occasional rainfall can rinse away dirt and debris, manually cleaning solar panels from time to time can keep them operating more efficiently.
