They did a couple of extras for us and cleaned everything up before they left. Damon sat down with us to show us pictures of what we needed done and then pictures of what it looks like now. "I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. "They came on time (within the window) and went straight to work. One person went on the roof to inspect the outside of the chimney, and the cover. The other came inside and cleaned out the ashes on the floor of the fireplace. 5 Star also did the actual sweeping. Afterwards they vacuumed all around the fireplace, and provided me with a written estimate for work to the inside and out of the chimney. The entire visit only took an hour or so, and I felt they were very thorough."
