He put in a full bathroom with storage and used nooks and crannies to make more storage under the stairs and in the enclosed utility room. His sensitivity to my husbandâ s disability was always front of mind. The garage was insulated and dry walled. He built an accessible work bench and nook with a bench to hang winter coats and change boots. As if all of this wasnâ t enough, he did all of this on budget and on time. His estimate was 1/3 of what the big name construction companies in the area had quoted. And he delivered everything that we needed and wanted. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
