I received the pre-service e-mail confirmation along with a 2nd notification, on the day of the project. Unfortunately, my pro never showed up. I did not receive a call or an e-mail as you might expect to advise of a change along with an apology, for wasting my time. I had to reach out to this company to advise that my pro was an hr late and was wanting to cancel. I reached out a 2nd time to officially cancel at the 2 hr mark, as it was too late to start such a big project. Jeff in customer service was very helpful in getting the process of my refund started, and offered an apology. I will not use them again they are unreliable."
