Work on mechanical (chain) up/down control was fine for a day or two, but now needs tightening. Also, after replacing rubberizred gasket at bottom of door, he cut away part of it at the side of the door, leaving a gap for water/varmints to enter. Nice guy, but not too smart IMO.
