Kevin's Home Maintenance

Kevin was fast, professional, very reasonably priced and did an exceptional job for us. We had some recent high wind damage to our roof and he was able to get to our repair right away so we could avoid any long term weather exposure. I strongly recommend Kevin and will be calling him again in the future!

The Work performed by Kevin was excellent. He power cleaned and scraped off the old paint efficiently. Then on another day when the weather was sunny and bright, he painted all 3 decks and completed the job promptly and very well. We will surely be using his services again.

Very well! He was well prepared to do the work. I had a long list of other small repairs plus I asked if he would paint my shed. He agreed to return in two weeks. He has a large van type truck which his traveling work shop. He had all the things he needed to do all the repairs, with him.Tha plumbing was the kitchen sink and the outside water faucet. The electrical was light. above the kitchen sink. On the way out, he took the time to tighten the screen door.. The wind had blown it against the house. Needless to say, I was very happy with his work! He is a quiet spoken man , tends right to work. Very efficient!

They stopped responding to me, they were also unprofessional. Once I gathered some information about the job I sent an email to set the appointment and asked to verify that they warrantied their work and were insured, and no response. I sent a second email to make sure they received the last one I sent and still no response. I couldn't imagine what would happen if I had an issue with the work.

Kevin communicated well, had the correct parts for the job, and was able to schedule the job than estimated, which ended up being more convenient for me. Very happy with the work that was performed, and will hire again.

Kevin did a really good job and I was happy with the results. Of 3 estimates I got from other local painters, Kevin's estimate was the lowest but the quality of his work was excellent.

Came out and gave us an estimate and timeframe when the job could be completed. Never returned calls and never came back to do the job. We had to hire someone else emergently since there was snow in the forecast. Very Unprofessional.

Very quickly Kevin found the problem with an emergency shut-off that led to the pumps. A connector that completes the circuit had been removed for furnace work months ago, and hadn't been replaced by the contractor. Easy fix"

Kevin arrived on time, gave me a quote and we scheduled the work for the following day. Per the quote, there was some extra work we thought might have be done, but as Kevin got into the project, he realized he wouldn't have to...and took $100.00 off the bill. Who does that? I will call Kevin again, and I highly recommend him.
