Millers Pest Control

Called their office on a Monday morning due to a yellow jacket nest in the wall of my house. They called back, scheduled the work and arrived when they said they would that same day. The nest was taken care of and the bill was what I was told over the phone.

It went very well; very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable.

During the second visit he found where mice were coming into the buildings and offered suggestions on how to block the entry points. Also, we haven't noticed any move activity since he came, which is a win in my book.

Kyle called within an hour of my placing call to office. He scheduled a same day appointment and arrived on time. He tackled the problem immediately and there have been no signs of the wasps. He even discussed the importance of honeybees and alternative methods for dealing with those to save them (which I agree!) but the wasps unfortunately were in a large hole bordering my neighbor and the dogs were getting stung. I would recommend for professionalism and quick service. Cost was approximately $115 (after $10 Angie's List discount)

I called Kyle on Tuesday and he was able to come to my house on Wednesday. He even called Wednesday before he arrival time to let me know he was running late. He was kind, courteous, thorough, and listened to me explain my problem. He was clean cut, and easy to speak too. I learned a lot from him so I now know what to look for if it happens again. He was done in about a half hour. I would hire him again.

At first, when the dog biscuits were taken, I didn't know what it was.  Kyle from Millers Pest Control came over and identified the problem as mice. Once he came up with a treatment plan, the mouse population decreased fast.  He found entry points for the mice and sealed them to prevent re infestation.  So far, on his follow up visit today, the mice are still gone and I could not be happier.
