They were very nice, professional and helped us solve the problem. I thought it was a bit expensive for the work done.

Last resort but worked.

Provider worked around my schedule, called my cell before coming so I could stay at work and come home only when he was there. He assessed the problem quickly and took care of it in less than an hour. Advised me on follow-up. Altogether, it was a great relief to get rid of bees in a cost-effective and professional way.

I had a hornet nest inside my tool shed above the door. The worker approached the scene wearing short sleeves and no protective gear and reached inside the door, spraying pesticide and hoping to hit the nest without being able to actually see it. He managed to get stung on the arm when the hornets reacted. He continued spraying an excessive amount of insecticide all over the inside of the shed, getting it on much of the tools and equipment inside. He was also spraying indiscriminately outside the shed, trying to hit individual hornets in flight. When I asked if there was any health risk with all of the pesticide on my tools, he said it would be fine "as long as I didn't lick it".  He did succeed in wiping out the nest, but I was not impressed with his professionalism and was not pleased at the excessive amount of pesticide used inside and around the shed.

We had 3 large skunks living under/near the storage shed in our back yard and they were marking the areas around our sunroom.
The smell in our home was horrendous. I called 2 companies and decided to go with Pest Pro as they were more local, and cost less.
They came that very day to set the first trap.
It took a week to catch all 3 (due to extreme cold weather), but they took care of the situation, and were especially helpful as we had an unexpected business trip and had to be away during that time.

Got rid of carpenter ants. The owner came and did a great job, including going on our roof. The person before him that came this summer was a total newbie and did NOT know what he was doing, but I felt the situation was rectified when the owner came. No extra charge.

I was having a spider problem and called Pest Pro based upon Angies list reviews. I was not disappointed. The company is nothing but professional, prompt and courteous.

We saw a decrease in the carpenter ants almost immediately. The sprayed outside knowing we had a dog and didn't want any chemicals inside the house. There was an issue with an increase in pavement ants inside the kitchen cabinets, so I called them back. Pest pro sent someone out as soon as possible and he came in with a treatment for cracks and crevices inside the cabinets and nothing on the floor. No spray either and they are very caring if you have pets. The best part was they didn't charge me for this visit.

They were very good. I would call Pest Pro and they would come and get the catch and take care of it.

After 4 weeks all ants were gone. I chose this company because they sprayed only on outside. I did not want

any spray done inside. Am very happy with their work. They will come back in the spring and do a preventitive application.

They are excellent. They are prompt and professional. They will be here when they say. They are courteous. Their quality of work is good. They do a good job. I would use them in the future.

I left a message and they called back with estimate. We set up an appointment time. The exterminator was late, but got the job done efficiently. The ants took several weeks to disappear, as they had described. They were knowledgeable and offered a range of services. My only issues were with price, punctuality, and ease of contacting them for the initial estimate. That said, I would use them again.

It appears that most of the ants are gone inside, although we have seen one or two. I assume this will be gone after the second application. I understand after researching prices for this type of service that it is expensive, but I was rather surprised when it took them 20 minutes to apply the spray and they were gone after I cut a check for $375. As long as the ants are gone I suppose that's just the way it is. Good business to be in! I did collect a "mystery bug" and gave it to the technician who promised to get back to me to let me know what species it was and i never heard back. Other than that these guys were the most cost effective company, quick to respond, on time and I'm confident after the second application that the ants will be gone since most are already after the first application.

Pest Pro was recommended by a friend when it became clear we had a serious carpenter ant problem in our newly purchased home. There were ants outside the house all over the walkways and inside just about every room of the house and there was some evidence of chewed wood leftovers. Pest Pro came out within a few days, did an application around the entire perimeter of the house. The guy who came was cheerful, helpful and inspired confidence. Within a day, the ants inside the house diminished or died, and the ants outside completely disappeared. Pest Pro came back a month later to do a 2nd application as part of the service. They called in advance to let us know when they were coming and were right on target.
