"They fixed the problem but didn't make sure the drain valve was completely shut. Now the water heater is dripping water and I can't get them to respond to me and come back and fix it. Still trying to reach them. Getting in touch with them is the challenge. I am sure they will come back if I can reach them. They should call and make sure the work was completed. But they don't."
