Bo went above and beyond to help. He stayed longer than the competition and fixed my problem the first time while the other guy took 3 times and didn’t fix it.

Bo arrived earlier than said, went right to diagnosing the issue. From there went right to work explaining what he was doing as he did them. Snaked the pipes allowing for the tub to be drained. Great, professional work and demeanor...would hire again if needed.

Bo was very professional and personable in his manner. He unclogged the drain and explained each step along the way. He even took the time to double check to make sure the drain was wide open!! He also gave us great tips to keep the drain open and guaranteed his work. I highly recommend his services!!!

I called Bo to schedule a appointment and find out his prices. He said I can come over tomorrow morning witch surprised me. Then he showed up an hour early. He was very friendly it was like he was family he did his job it took a little longer then expected but not because of him it was because of the clogged pipe so it costed a little more then what I was told on the phone but it wasn't bad anybody else would have charged twice as much

Bo and helper showed up promptly, as scheduled, diagnosed and went to work. He really, really knows his stuff. This is all he does, so he does it quickly and thoroughly. Cleared pipes all the way to the connection to city sewer lines. Left stickers on pipe documenting date of service, length of snake required, and his number in case we needed a call back. Very professional, gave us preventive advice, didn't leave until he had tested all the drains. We heard that "sucking sound" in the drains for the first time in years! HE IS THE GUY TO CALL FOR A BACKUP. As he told us, "Plumbers don't like to get dirty." What a great guy!

Bo White always provides the best professional service at a fair price.  He is also a good man and I will recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.

We hired Bo to clean our sewer line from the house to the
street connection. There are trees growing over the line which has caused at
least two very unpleasant back-ups due to roots in the lines; we now have the
line cleaned every couple of years to prevent this from happening. We have had
Bo over several times, going back 12 years and have always been very satisfied
with his work.  He arrives when he says
he will and always leaves the basement clean, which I really appreciate.

luckily i rent so i didnt pay for his service, but maybe my toilet! gootta watch out for falling object! :)

our toilet was clogged; water would not drain.  and the 2 faucets on the vanity beside the toilet, when used, would make the toilet gurgle and more water would also accumulate in the toilet bowl.  i called Bo this morning. he was able to come by in the early afternoon.  he took a look at the problem and said the faucets were of concern to him.  he would have to use his equipment to declog the whole system.  since we have this one-piece brand new Kohler toilet, he preferred not to touch it (not to open it up) but went by way of the faucet pipes.  within an hour he got the whole system unclogged; a bit messy, but he also cleaned up very nicely.  he gave good advice on the kind of toilets that could be more problematic compared to others, the brand of toilet paper to use, whether its a good idea to put chemical products to unclog, etc.  he was very professional and open to instructing me on how to avoid problems from happening again, what to do and what not to do.  i really appreciated his help, service and advice.  although he does superior work, he would rather not have to come back to fix the same problem.  but i will certainly use him again for any plumbing need!

Bo has been taking care of my sewer pipes for ten plus years.  The first time he came out I had a back-up, he came out the same day and did a great job.  I was very pleased..... obviously.  After having 2 back-up issues, he suggested coming out in the fall every year as a preventative measure.  I have not had any problems in a very long time.  He did reschedule once because someone else was having an emergency, since I know what that is like, I had no problem with a reschedule.  I know if I have a problem that can't wait he will be there that same day.  I  highly recommend Bo's Sewer and Drain Service, you won't be disappointed!!

Bo arrived early which was much appreciated.  He had all the equipment he needed.  He worked professionally, explained everything and answered questions as he worked.  He cleared the problem and continued further to make sure the entire system was clear and operating.  Bo was excellent. I have circulated his information to the neighbors and he is now our primary plumber.  Outstanding response during a holiday weekend, cost was reasonable and Bo was a professional.

Bo was great about working with our schedule (as we had a day sleeper).  He performed the work quickly and efficiently. He explained what caused the problem and the best way to avoid this happening again in the future.  I would highly recommend him in the future!

For a week we called plumbers in the St Albans area, only to receive no response. Finally I started looking further and further out and found Bo's in Georgia, Vermont.
When I called, someone immediately picked up the phone and told me the pricing to auger my sewer line and an idea of when Bo could come out to my house to do the work. (Which was that afternoon!) When I told her yes, I wanted to hire Bo she told me she would call his cell and have him call me to set a time up.
Within 5 minutes Bo called me back and told me he could be on his way immediately!
When Bo got there, I showed him to my 4 foot crawlspace basement, although he was working in a cramped environment, he didn't seem to mind!
It took Bo about 2.5 hours total at my house to clear my lines as I had roots in there. Unfortunately I will have to replace my sewer line, however Bo left me in good working order and thinks I can wait a little bit on replacement so I can save up to have the work done!
After Bo left, I got a couple return phone calls from other plumbers and even though I already had my problem fixed, I still asked what their going rates were. And Bo's price was about 50-60 dollars less than others in the area!
I highly recommend Bo's Sewer and Drain to everyone out there, and if I'm ever in need of a plumber again, he's the man I'm going to call!

Bo was very helpful! He was called late in the day. He asked questions to try to assess the situation. He came the very next morning and within an hour the drain was clear. He was very concerned about not making a mess. He put down runners on the carpets and afterwards cleaned the inside of the cabinet under the sink.
