She was concerned throughout the years that it seemed the focus on these companies were to hurry, get the job done, and go on to the next one. As with any business, she knew the goal was to make money but at what cost? She didn’t see that the customer was important and she felt that this could be done in a better way. In 2003,Karen decided to start her own cleaning company. She knew it would not be easy with all the other companies out there, but she was going to give it her all. Karens Cleaning Services was born. Karen started with just a handful of customers. She did all the work herself yet first and most important to her was her customer’s satisfaction.
