  I have always been a huge supporter of small, locally-owned business. I have come to expect quality results from them over the years and CZ Unlimited really solidified that trust and support. I couldn't have been happier with the service that the owner and operator, Zach Ormand, provided. I have odd working hours and Zach was able to cater to that and work around my busy schedule to help with the job at hand. From start to finish, he was courteous and capable. I had debris both inside and outside of my house, due to renovations and yardwork, so there was a lot of running back and forth throughout the home. I was worried that my small dog would get stepped on or my larger dog would run out of the house due to a door being left open, but Zach made sure to watch out for them and ensure doors were properly closed behind him. Not once did he complain from the barking or the extra precautions taken to ensure their safety, and that means a LOT because they are hounds that bark constantly. All in all, CZ Unlimited was everything I could have asked for in a company. I intend to do further home renovations in the near future and will be certain to give CZ Unlimited another call.   I can't say enough about Nancy Alberts and her company, Moving On. I hired her on the advice of a friend from church. I was appointed Estate Administrator after the death of my father-in-law who had been in his home for over 50 years. His wife died 6 years ago and I don't think much of anything had ever been thrown out or given away. He refused to let his caregivers dispose of anything or they could have started the process. We were not able at our ages to deal with the heavy lifting, etc. She took care of everything, including advising on an individual to hold the sale in the home. I knew that the items that used to be so valuable years ago, including formal furniture, are going for pennies now - younger couples are not interested in items that have to be handled with care or polished and most want comfortable furniture, not antiques. I was very intrigued by what furniture and household items sold and what did not sell, but not surprised. It would have been very emotional for us to watch all the items in the house going out the door for pennies on the dollar, but that is the situation today and I was glad someone else could take care of that! We had a problem in the house at the very end. A carpet that covered the entire room had foam backing which stuck to the hardwood floor when it was removed - a real mess! Nancy knew someone who could come in and take care of that, too, which was a lifesaver! Her team was very respectful with the items in the house - saving personal things that we had not originally found, getting everything ready for the sale, putting out the enormous piles of trash, donating what did not sell and what was still usable to charity, and doing a final cleaning including buffing the hardwood floors. By the time her team finished, the house was move-in ready for sale. I warn everyone who hires a service like this that the items in older homes that people think are so valuable are just "stuff and dust collectors" to many in the younger generation. Do not expect to get what you think they're worth in a home estate sale! That is not the fault of Nancy and her team or the auctioneer - it is the reality today.   After using Atomic Plumbing now three separate times, they have more than earned their place as our go-to plumber here in VA Beach. The thing I like best about them is their responsiveness. We've done two emergency calls with them, and both times we've had same day service, usually within just a few hours. This is especially important when you're dealing with large leaks, like in the case of our upstairs bathroom or, just recently, our old hot water heater. The work they do is top notch, and the only thing in my opinion that surpasses it is the customer service. During our last interaction, we called Atomic after dealing with a frustrating experience with our home warranty company, who obviously wanted to use their own contractor to replace our hot water heater. The problem was their contractor couldn't see us until 5-6 days later, and that would have been just for the initial visit to determine the problem and what the fix would be. After fighting for them to get our own plumber out and to get reimbursed later and finally getting it approved, Atomic was our first and only choice. Not only did they ascertain the problem and solution immediately (and waived the $125 flat call fee), but Deanna, the rep who we'd been in contact with about our case, worked tirelessly to help us navigate the home warranty company's many, many communication issues and overall inflexibility. She was incredible, and we can't thank her enough for essentially fighting for us when she really didn't have to. Overall, Atomic Plumbing has earned our continued business with their wonderful customer service and great plumbing skills. We are more than happy to refer them to everyone we know and we'll definitely only use them in the futureshow more

  It began with a old damp cellar smell in our basement. My husband went in the crawl space and repaired what he thought was a small leak in the pipes. Several days later I noticed a putrid smell "sewage" mixed with a gas type odor. I called ATOMIC Plumbing at 3:42AM in the morning out of sheer desperation from the foul odor. They answered on the second rang, and said they would have someone out first thing in the morning. At 9:00 AM technicians Jason and Brian arrived. I described the situation and they immediately went into the basement into the crawl space returned quickly and said it was to dangerous to go any further. The smell was Methane Gas. They recommended a industrial cleaning company "Drying Solutions and said the basement would have to be cleaned out before they could proceed any further. We called Drying Solutions they came out and cleaned the crawl space. ATOMIC plumbing crew returned the next morning. Their level of professionalism, kindness and concern was overwhelming. They showed us all of the old pipes that were damage, explained everything to us as they went along, and took the time to stop and make us feel comfortable with the situation. It was an extremely unpleasant situation that was made tolerable by the customer service from the initial phone contact with ATOMIC plumbing till the completion of the job. I wish all companies handled their business in this manner. They are worth every penny and more. If and when we have to do more work on our home they will be the first company we will consider for the job. JASON AND BRAIN You Guys Are The Best Technicians Ever.   Jim M. showed up the day after the storm to access the situation. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgable. Due to the hot water heater being submerged it could not be repaired so he searched for a new one (because of our house layout, a specific type of unit was needed) and it arrived in just a short while along with Eric, the other hard working Atomic plumber. Within hours, Jim and Eric had wrangled a stubborn heater into place, reconnected everything and cleaned up their work space including hauling the broken unit away. The things that most impressed me were first, Jim is an excellent mentor/teacher of his craft and second, he believes in quality work. He went above and beyond to make sure things were done right and looked neat when completed. Excellent work! I will definitely use Atomic Plumbing in the futureshow more

  I recently embarked on a pretty big home renovation project involving roof work, drywall, paint, A/C, electric and plumbing work. I did some research on the companies I went with and still had problems with them all, except the plumbers. I left all of the plumbing up to Jim and his crew at Atomic and have been very happy with the total experience. Jim worked with me on financing a large portion of the work and his crew has exceeded my expectations of everything from rough-in to installing new fixtures. I am still not finished with the renovation and will definitely rely on Atomic in the future. His crew is professional and does quality work. I have yet to find an owner that works as closely with the customer as Jim Steinle. Jim is very honest and fair. Atomic does it all and does it well.
