After Herbie left, we noted that substantial parts of the stumps, roots and debris remained. That same day we called Morgan Lawn and Landscaping and left a voice mail message noting that what we had contracted for had not been completed. However, no one called us back. In order to have the scheduled aeration and seeding over where the trees were taken down, we had to remove 12 - 55 gallon plastic bags filled with wood chips but the stumps and roots are still in the ground.

"I apologize that you where unsatisfied with our company..please allow us to explain our portion of this review: We initially quoted the job at $3,500.00 This price included: Removal of 2 Cluster River Burch Trees and Stumps Cut Girdle Root from Maple Tree as requested Price was reduced to $3000.00 upon customers method of payment..which included all of the above Job started and completed in two days due to Miss Utilities having to mark property accordingly Our company also offered to pick up lay land cypresses from a nursery and install for our customer at no extra charge... Removal of wood chips from stump grinding was not included in the above mentioned overall price... Certain small portion still remaining from stump that was removed below ground level could NOT EXCEED DEPTHS desired by customer due to markings from Miss Utilities for underground cable and internet... We apologize you where not satisfied with our company's work we strive to do the best at what we do everyday but CANNOT go against safety and interrupt services provided by utility company's..it was in our best interest to leave a small portion that was still below ground level uninterrupted for the safety of our employees and the convenience of the customer and community. They were already working when I arrived. They are prompt. They cut down all the vines and small trees (suckers) and hauled it all away. The job was perfect and, at a reasonable cost. Recommend them? absolutely!

Before I picked Morgan's, I got several quotes and met with several landscapers. I got the best feeling from them and to make things ever more enticing, they actually had the lowest prices. I could not be happier. I absolutely love my yard - it's beautiful, like a little oasis, even my kids love it. Neighbors, family, friends, strangers passing by - all ask for my landscapers name. The price are fantastic, the skill level is excellent, and the people are wonderful. It's family owned, with Herb in charge of the actual landscaping portion. He is knowledgeable and skillful with a definite artistic eye, but also trustworthy and friendly. He spends time getting to know us, watches my kids grow and can remember when my daughter was born. He only hires the best guys to work for him and they are just as friendly and trustworthy. If they see me lugging some heavy thing to my car, they come and get it for me. If they see my husband is out to sea, they take my trash in for me. Nichole is Herb's wife and she handles the business and billing aspects. Another great person. I love dealing with Nichole. She's prompt, accomodating, and friendly. I've never had any issue with billing, she's always on top of everything and also gets to know my family and kids. I forgot once to mail a check before I left for vacation - no worries, just send it when you get back. I plan to use them when I have to move and rent out my home. I'd never trust anyone else to care for my yard and home like they do.
