  They lie (in that they deliberately withhold relevant information), and manipulate. I needed my stuff immediately, and our original contract was for immediate delivery (picture posted) but at some point they just changed it. So now I am stuck in a completely empty house waiting until the last day legally allowed to deliver. They have this game they play where no person you can talk to can ever answer the question, but they will leave a message for the person who can answer it to call you back. They never call you back. My belongings were taken 5 weeks ago, still no word on when it will be delivered, and they don't care. They literally say that they aren't the moving company, they just represent you to the moving company. But they don't represent you! They take a fee from you, and DO NOTHING. One example of my interaction with them, where Carmen is the customer "service" and Tarik is the operation manager: Me: I would like to know where my belongings are. Carmen: Only operations knows that, I don't know. Me: Can I speak to them? Carmen: I will put a message in for them to call you. ONE WEEK LATER - I CALL BACK (as they never called me) Carmen: Your delivery will be there the 14th or 15th. I CALL ON THE 15TH AFTER HEARING NOTHING Me: Can I please speak to operations now? They've never called me back. Never do. Tarik: I just spoke to the moving company, your delivery will be there the 17th or 18th. Me: You told me it would be the 14th or 15th. Tarik: No, I just told you the 17th or 18th. Me: Do you keep a record of calls, and can see what Carmen told me last week? Tarik: Yes, I see you were told the 14th or 15th. Me: And today is the 15th.... Tarik: Oh. Yes, someone should have called you, I apologize. Me: Can you please tell me what you are obligated to do? What I am paying you for? Tarik: I don't have to do that. Goodbye. So they take your money, and then do literally nothing for you. Will only talk to you if you call 4-6 times over days and days, and then hang up on your when you point out they didn't do their job. DO. NOT. USE. It is literally pointless. Just find your own moving company. This place is a joke

  I posted an ad on Angie and was contacted immediately by the owner of “Do Dirty” services. I supplied some information about the home I needed to be cleaned and was quoted $350.00 for the service fee. I accepted the offer and we set up a date. When the owner arrived we did a walk through and I pointed out everything I was looking to have cleaned and organized and I left as I had other business to tend to. Upon returning, the house was indeed noticeably cleaner and smelled great; however, the proof is always in the detail. Upon initial inspection I was satisfied, as time went on I find more and more areas that were not cleaned. 1. The top of the refrigerator. 2. The top the washer and dryer. 3. The bottom cabinets where the trash cans are placed. 4. The trash cans (garbage and recycling) were not emptied. 5. Some of the walls still had dust on them. 6. Some of the light fixtures still had dust on them. 7. Certain areas of the floor were not swept. 8. Area under the beds were not swept. 9. The bottom side of the living room glass was not cleaned. The list goes on, but those are some of the things I can immediately recall. I contacted the owner and sent pictures every time I found something and I can honestly say that she did offer to come back and rectify the problem(s). However, as I found more and more issues my level of frustration grew and I did not want her back in my house. During a conversation with the owner I was told that she was not aware that there was furniture in the home so it made her job harder. Not only is that a poor excuse, but before any services were rendered we did a walk through and I was assured that there were no issues. Alas, the excuses always come when there is no accountability. When you pay for a service, you expect to have that service fulfilled. Overall, the vast majority of what I needed done was done - there was just areas here and there that I had to spend time fixing. Time that I don’t have, which is why I outsourced the responsibility of cleaning. I will say that the owner showed up on time, is accessible, and maintains professionalism. Would I recommend this business? Yes, I would to some degree - some people have better experiences than others. Would I use this business again? No, I would not
