He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. We had the pleasure of meeting Nick (Sales Inspector) and Brandon, Brandon, and Jacob (Installers). We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. They worked quickly, efficiently, and made sure to keep our home free of mess. Overall we are very happy we hired Master Services and recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair."

"Extra work was performed with extra expense & not discussed with me. We eventually settled but the roof leaked in 2 separate places. They said they would fix and it was "under warranty ". At least four requests were made to "fix it". They never showed up. I had to pay $2,600 to repair their insufficient workmanship. I would never allow anyone I know to use them."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.

I would use Brick Solutions again and again, and I would have no problem referring them to anyone else.

"I found Sky Home Improvements through Angie's List, and gave them a call.  They returned my call the next day and were prompt in getting to my home to assess the problem and give me an estimate. Dan went up on the roof and took pictures that he showed me to help me understand what was causing the roof to leak and what needed to be done to fix it.  Along with the estimate, Dan gave me a folder which contained Job References, copy of his Contracting License, and a copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance. The following day Dan and Chuck were back and fixed the roof.  They arrived on time, and after they finished the repair, took time to explain again what was done.  Dan and Chuck were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call on their expertise for any roofing work that needs to be done in the future."
