"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point. "Things couldn't have gone better! Darrell and his guys are utmost professionals who took the time to leave the house cleaner than we left it everyday. They were there before 8 every morning and didn't leave until about 4, which explains how they were able to complete an entire gut rehab in less than eight weeks. Darrell and his brother were very helpful to us picking out materials and styles. Several times Darrell gave us suggestions that have really made our new home look professionally done. When we didnt like how one if the bathroom doors looked, the guys took out the finished area and redid it to make sure we were pleased. His workers are the best at what they do, amazing me with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The painter never spilled a drop, and we had the whole house repainted.
