"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. "Things couldn't have gone better! Darrell and his guys are utmost professionals who took the time to leave the house cleaner than we left it everyday. They were there before 8 every morning and didn't leave until about 4, which explains how they were able to complete an entire gut rehab in less than eight weeks. Darrell and his brother were very helpful to us picking out materials and styles. Several times Darrell gave us suggestions that have really made our new home look professionally done. When we didnt like how one if the bathroom doors looked, the guys took out the finished area and redid it to make sure we were pleased. His workers are the best at what they do, amazing me with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The painter never spilled a drop, and we had the whole house repainted.
