Modem installer was very kind. The tv/net/phone bill said 100 mps net speed for $169.00. Had to pay 3 payments. $79.00, $169.00, & $320.00. Now bill is $320.00 monthly. Contract states 100 mps download, phone, & net suppose to be $169.00. reps lied and triple charged us.

Paid $212.00 on 5-11-18. Had to upgrade to next internet package. STARZ was taken off by mistake, but we had to go back on 5-18-18 to correct STARZ package. We took off SHOWTIME & HBO. Internet has not updated to the new package yet as of 5-19-18.

well we renewed our contract because our handicapped son uses netflix a lot cause he cannot go to theaters to see moves.  they did not have a data cap since we signed up and now data cap started sept 1 2015.  that's why we left hughes net.  450 gb per month for 6 users in our house.  they said a price lock and no data cap, but they breech contract by raising price to $200.00 a month+extra for data usage.  what is my son suppose to do be bored all day.  tv and phone service bad s well.  internet is a joke.  we messaged them on www.faceboom.com saying
broke camel's back with data cap and we're furious about it.
1 thing more imctv is the only company where we live besides direct tv and dish network they have data caps.  we wont use them.

Cable service is way over priced. Dropped them and went to dish. I did keep my internet with them however it is painfully slow.

The  internet service kept going down repeatedly every day at all intervals.  I kept having to reset the router and restoring the programs on my computer as the computer kept going down.  Complaints to Intermountain  were met with 'there's nothing wrong on our end, everything's fine.'  Finally the internet was down for over a day and I demanded I them to come out and restore service.  They said they would send someone out as soon as possible.  ASAP  turned out to be 3 and a half days.   That's how long it took before they had a serviceman in my area they said.  By the way, I only live a quarter of a mile from their headquarters.  Anyway, the problem turned out to be a bad router which was replaced.  The service has been adequate since then. 
 However I must include my other experience with this miserable company.  When I lived in David they provided internet services there as well under a different name but it is all owned by Gearhart.   I had a bundle package of Cable, phone, and internet.  They sent a serviceman to hook up the phone and while he was at it he accidentally disconnected the internet and ruined the connection.   The funny thing was that Intermountain said that the man was only a fill in and not one of their hires and that they weren't responsible and they werent going to do anything about repairing and recovering our internet service even though they ruined it.  Wasn't that hilarious?  We went over a month without internet service.  I finally had to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office ofconsumer affair's before they would send someone out to repair it.  Of course they never offered an apology or a rebate or a refund for the lost service.  We were billed for the full time and we had to pay and as they like to brag "They're the only game in town" so you have no choice.  That's why I love them so much.  They're arrogant, greedy, stupid, untruthful and extremely incompetent.

I went to the office and returned my equipment for cable tv and bundled phone and broadband services together. The representative was very courteous and completed my request in about 30-45 minutes.
I have used this provider in the past and have been satisfied some of the time with them. I feel their prices are too high for the services they provide and it took a very long time for them to upgrade their lines to fiber optic so we could get broadband instead of dial up. The only way to get a half-way decent price for their services is to have a bundled package. Otherwise their prices are extremely high. Cable TV service by itself is ridiculously priced; almost $70 for extended basic which is about 68 channels, with several sports and sales channels. There are only about 12 channels worth even watching occasionally. That's why I canceled my TV service with them.
I can't complain too much about my phone and internet service except to say that internet service--which is shared since it is broadband-- becomes very, very slow at times. I do wish there was more competition in this rural area for TV, internet and phone service that came with a decent price.

Well we had the installers come three times.  The first time they came to install our cable and internet modem.  Clyde and another installer was very nice in hooking us up with in 30-45 minutes time.  1 bad thing about the DVR setup is for 1 TV not 2 unlike DIRECTV or DISH NETWORK has.  The 2nd time was the worse of the 3 times they came.  because they were rude to mom and me.  The unhooked our ADT SECURITY system because it had a land line hooked into it with a phone.  ADT wasn't active for several weeks.  The internet is a joke, it suppose to be 10 MEG for us, but 99.79% it's below that.  Now we have to buy a special dual-band router for it.  The phone service is laughable because it rarely rings in and drops a lot.  The 3rd time they came was fair because they put a new phone jack in the wall. 
I forgot to mention on the 2nd time when they came they was rude to me because Clyde called me stupid and ignorant because I'm handicapped.  He threw my computer equipment on the floor almost busted $1,200.00 worth of software discs.  hooked the phone to the pc and screwed speakers up.  They scan your pc like they did mine and caused major viruses and damages to pc.  My $300.00 PCI ADD ON VIDEO CARD was damaged by viruses.  I have to replace it.
