While I cannot judge their plumbing services, I can say that their customer service is great. Very responsive and understanding. Original review: I asked for someone to repair an outdoor spa heater. I spoke with the scheduler and specifically told them this was a Rheem 156 outdoor pool heater. And I was told all the details were in the system. The tech did not know about my requirements, and was not familiar with an outdoor spa heater. Did no tell me anything I did not already know. Wasted $125 call out fee."
