"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"I contacted George based on the reviews here and had a truly great experience.  I could not have hoped for someone more professional, courteous and thorough.  His team was large enough to get the job done quickly and properly all while doing a great job. 
From the initial quote to getting the work done, George was punctual, responsive to texts and phone calls.  He made good suggestions to make our house look great and the execution was spot on.  We needed to have some porch railing bars replaced and instead of replacing the whole railing, he suggested replacing just the vertical posts that were damaged.  After painting, I could not tell original from repaired ones and the painting job was excellent.  He also made sure there was an extra coat of paint put on an exterior section of the house that he repaired to make sure it stood up to the sun and rain.
On the inside of the house, he repainted all of the walls and a couple of ceilings.  His team spackled blemishes, sanded and painted.  It is amazing and the house looks brand new!  There was no paint splatter on the carpet or floors and the edging was skilfully done. 
After all of this work, I only found a couple of spots that needed touch ups and he came by and promptly fixed these.
Overall, he and his team made this experience really easy and the result is fantastic.  I would highly recommend George and his team and we'll be using his services in the future!

"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. "The building is 3 story wood frame located in the Leesburg historical district. After scraping the wood and prepping for painting, it was discovered that some of the trim had to be repaired. All repairs were made and I am very happy with the entire job which was done at a very reasonable price. I will have Rick paint my house later this year."
