    Within several days notice, Alan Martin arrived at an agreed upon time to evaluate roofing related problems at my new home. Later that day he presented me with a detailed estimate and work proposal. I agreed to his proposal several days later, and work-3 days-commenced about two weeks later. A prior home inspection report had suggested the roofing related defects of the home were a crucial and likely expensive item that needed to be dealt with. Valley Roofing patiently explained their approach and the negatives including shingles immanently coming loose, and eventual water damage to the basement from inadequate drain spouts if corrective work weren't to be done. Also, suggested the positive of money saving gutter covers-less need for annual cleaning. With work now completed my home faces fewer risks, and it looks great. At least the roofing portion.     I am selling my house in Knoxville and have a LARGE sycamore that got hit by the recent storm in Knoxville. I had tree limbs and logs come down, and some that got stuck up in the tree...The amount that came down was far more than the city would pick up during normal brush pickup. My realtor put me in touch with Matt who was able to come on a Sunday to remove the fallen debris. While there he also cut some parts of the tree to help keep it manageable, and worked to free some of the now-dead, stuck-in-the-tree limbs. In addition to this, since he was there and had a tall ladder, I asked if he could also clean out my gutters. He agreed and got that done as well. Matt was extremely nice and professional and I felt like I got a great deal for the price

    I called Brett for a quote on power washing our siding. He was able to pull a picture of my home up online and immediately give me a quote. Not only did he do that, he also noticed that our roof was in need of cleaning. We had been told that we would need to replace the roof (approximate cost $8,000). He informed us that we could clean the roof and likely get an additional 5-10 years out of our current one. He also provided lots of information on this process to insure I was comfortable with this process. He was in constant communication with me on scheduling and showed up when expected. He and his guys did excellent work cleaning our roof and house. The shingles he replaced look great (he even went out and found ones that matched as closely as possible - calling me while he was in the store to see if I wanted a little darker or a little lighter). They finished in less than a day and even threw in covering a vent that wasn't right. All in all we were very pleased with their work and the price we received. We definitely plan to bring them back to do our vinyl fence and back porch. Great company to work with

    Brett Thompson did a fabulous job cleaning our gutters and repairing the rusty spots on our metal roof. He took a considerable amount of time cleaning the gutters and also thoroughly inspected the entire roof for any additional problems. We were extremely happy with the quality of his work and the price that he quoted us was more than reasonable for the time he spent on the project. We had just recently purchased the house so we were delighted to get a detailed report on the condition of the gutters and roof. Brett also made suggestions for future repairs which we found helpful for planning purposes. We plan to have him come back in the near future for additional work

    I was able to get a quote by phone from one partner, and the other partner was able to come out and complete the job the same day. After completion we walked the perimeter of the house to inspect the results and make sure I was satisfied.     Guys arrived late and were missing a few tools that would have made the job more time efficient. They were polite and hard workers, but business ethic needs improvement ( 2 no shows with no updates, late arrival, no written contract or proof of insurance- other than verbal). Their price was very reasonable. I think they are new, but have potential. If we hire again, I will make sure I have the papers first and make sure they hold their end up with timely arrival times

    We have a stone and log sided chalet home with a detached two car garage and matching wooden shed. The property is a decade old. We hired Dave’s Custom Painting to spray wash, re-caulk all windows, doors and corner seams of the house and to stain the house and deck as well as paint the double garage door and breezeway entrance to the garage. Dave Foster and his co-worker, James did a fantastic job of making a ten year old home and deck look like new. Every aspect of the job from spray washing, caulking, taping off all windows and stone was done with care in preparing all the exterior logs and deck boards for re-staining. In addition, part of the prep work involved replacing a half dozen rotting deck boards, which we supplied, and Dave and James undertook the needed repairs. They cleaned up and left the property looking brand new. We would highly recommend Dave’s Custom Painting without hesitation. Dave and James made our property look amazing
