"Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing all the wood that was damaged in the crawl space. The house was in the middle of selling and these unknown defects were identified during the buyer’s home inspection and we were so concerned we would have a hard time getting these repairs handled in time. We knew this would be a big job. Hiring Signature Craft made this a breeze. They inspected and took videos and explained the process very clearly.
