"I am writing this review to absolutely sing the praises of Mr. Cutler and his crew. I do so because the job that was completed was outstanding. I had a very large crack in my ceiling where a huge chandelier hung and several other smaller cracks in other areas. My fear was that the chandelier would fall and cause further damage to my property or worse, to me. There were several contractors that I contacted and each one stated that the cost of the project would be increased by the fact that the ceiling was 20 feet plus and that a particular type of equipment would be needed to reach that height. None of the companies had the equipment on hand that was needed, thus rental costs would be applied. In some cases, the rental added at least $300 or more to the costs, even though when I researched the equipment needed, the cost averaged $60.00 per day. AC Drywall was the only company contacted that had their own equipment. The price quoted to me by Mr. Cutler was below those of the other contractors. I am not one to use the lowest bidder for a job just because they come in with the lowest bid. I am an avid researcher and rely very heavily on google and BBB reviews. I also relied on the reviews which had been posted by Homeadvisor customers who had used the services of all of the companies referred to me. Of all of the companies, not only did AC Drywall have the most reviews, they also had the best current reviews. It was also impressive that they had received awards from Homeadvisor for the service they provide. From the moment Mr. Cutler and his crew entered my home, they were very polite and respectful of me and my property. They covered every area of my home that could be affected and moved furniture and delicate pieces out of harm's way. Before the job of repairing was started, Mr. Cutler did a thorough inspection of my home and found other areas that I did not know were also in need of repair. When I say that the crew went above and beyond is an understatement. In addition to repairing all of the spaces, I asked Mr. Cutler if his company could also paint the repaired areas. I asked because the other companies stated that painting would have to be referred to other contractors as they were drywall repairers only. Fortunately for me, AC Drywall was able to paint the areas as well. He quoted a price for painting which with the repairs totaled the cost that the other companies quoted for drywall repair only. In addition, AC Drywall was the only company to say that they guaranteed their work for a year. I have had a lot of work done in my home over the past 23 years from a lot of companies and I have been blessed that the majority of them have been companies that I would definitely recommend for the services they provided, but I have to say that AC Drywall was one of the hardest working, most honest, and fairest companies with whom I've ever done business. They took a job that was causing me a lot of stress and turned it into a more pleasant experience. I was thrilled with the finished project and couldn't thank them enough. I feel as if I've found a company to do other projects for me when needed from now on and would enthusiastically recommend AC Drywall to anyone who asks."
