Well, and it's on finished hardwood and it's stuff they said they could come back and clean up up. So part of that is on me and part of that is, you guys could have done a better job at putting down drop cloths and not tracking the paint. I think that was where the problems occurred was they tracked paint spots here and there.

"Repairs to my existing deck. New floor, and railing tops. Two joints where the railings met were not cut correctly and he put caulking which shrunk within a week leaving gaps. The small gate he said he could make does not quite fit and workmanship was not the best. And overpriced."
