"Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. "WOW!!!  From the initial contact via email we were provided with a detailed answer to every question we asked by Jake's wife, Dawn.  She gave us a price for what we wanted done immediately and that price didn't change after the work was done.  We knew the exact name and model number of the filter we were getting before we even set up the appointment.  We were given the price that included the filter and installation.  We shopped around and did further research for a couple of weeks before deciding to get the work done.  We contacted Dawn again and she was super helpful and provided the phone number that we needed to speak with Yolanda to get added to Jake's schedule.  Yolanda was very professional and worked with me to find a date that worked with Jake's schedule and ours.  We knew that they take pride in their company just from our initial contact and setting up our appointment.  Our appointment was scheduled and Jake arrived between the one hour time frame we were given.  He was polite, professional, and very helpful.  Jake installed our whole house filter and cleaned up everything.  His work is very neat and professional.  Jake took time after installing to go over everything we needed to know about the filter as we took notes.  He also let us know that if we had any questions in the future that we could call him or email Dawn.  I honestly feel that he truly meant that and would be more than willing to answer any question that came up later.  We definitely found the best plumbing service!  Jake takes pride in his work and it shows in the business that he runs.  We will definitely use A-Master Plumbing for our next project.
